Are your products covered by warranty?
Products are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty, however, many products are now covered by a 2 or 3 year manufacturer's warranty.
Can you calibrate instruments and provide calibration report?
Some suppliers include a factory calibration report with new products.
We can also calibrate other new and used instruments that we do not sell.
Can you make repairs?
We have qualified factory technicians that can service and repair instruments we sell and others we don't.
Can you provide training?
We have an available training room or we can come to you.
Do new instruments purchased come with a calibration report?
Do you keep stock?
Yes, local goods are shipped by national carriers such as TNT, Startrack etc. Deliveries to NZ are currently by DHL. Australian and New Zealand customers can nominate their goods be sent on their nominated courier by providing their account number.
Do you provide after sales support?

No, we don't save credit card details.
Do you ship your goods?
